Help with Zaynix Health.

A person answers. For anything about your health itself, speak to your clinician — Zaynix does not give medical advice.

Contact

One form, read by a person.

Help using the app, your data and your rights, a clinic or partner enquiry, or a call — pick the reason and write. It arrives as a ticket in our service desk and you hear back by e-mail, usually within two working days. If you believe your data has been accessed or disclosed wrongly, choose "My data and my rights" and start your message with "Breach".

Write to us

For help with the app, include the e-mail you sign in with; never send a password. For a data-protection request, say which right you are exercising.

Please do not put health details in the message. If it is about your record, say which account you sign in with and we will take it from there.

Common questions

Signing in, your data, your rights.

How do I get an account?
Accounts are created by your clinic, or by Zaynix. You receive an email with a "set your password" link from Zaynix Health. Follow it, choose a password, and sign in at app.zaynix.health or in the iPhone app. Nobody can sign up on their own.
My set-your-password link has expired.
Links last seven days. Ask whoever created your account (your clinic, or Zaynix through the form below) to send a new one. Your account and anything already in it are unaffected.
I cannot sign in.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page to set a new one. If you were disconnected from a clinic you still have your account and your record.
Something in my record is wrong.
You can correct or void anything you recorded ("recorded in error") from the entry itself. If a clinic entered something about you, ask them — a clinic can edit only what it authored. If a document was read incorrectly, reject the item on the Import review page and tell us so we can improve the reading.
How do I get a copy of everything?
Privacy → Export your data gives you your record and the log of clinician reads of it — your Article 15 right, available without asking us. You can also make a subject access request in writing to the form above (choose "My data and my rights").
How do I delete my account?
Privacy → Request data erasure in the web app, or More → Delete my account in the iPhone app, sends a deletion request. We act on it within one month, tell you when it is done, and tell you what the law requires us to keep (audit entries with your details removed; billing and consent records) and when backup copies expire.
Who can see my record?
You, and any clinic you have connected. Clinician reads are logged and listed on your Privacy page. Zaynix staff see a record only for an operational reason, and when they open it in the app, that is logged. We never sell data; our AI providers process it under their data-processing terms, listed on the Security page.
The iPhone app
The app is in testing through TestFlight. It shows the same record as the web app. If you were invited, install TestFlight from the App Store and accept the invitation email; sign in with the same account.

Service status

If app.zaynix.health does not load, try again in a few minutes; if it persists, use the form above — our monitoring alerts us to application errors, but a message from you is the fastest signal that the service itself is unreachable.

Report a security concern

Use the form above and choose "My data and my rights", or write to privacy@zaynix.health. Please do not test against other people’s records. We acknowledge every report and say what we did about it.
