These Terms apply to consumer users (Free, Pro, and Family tiers). Clinic and organisation use is governed by a separate business agreement.
1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us
Zaynix Health (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Zaynix Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16446245, registered office 17 Pennine Parade, Pennine Drive, London, United Kingdom, NW2 1NT.
You can contact us via our contact page — all enquiries (including data protection and regulatory matters) are handled there.
By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What Zaynix Health Is — and What It Is Not
Zaynix Health is a personal health record-keeping and information platform. It lets you upload, store, organise, and view your own health data — including blood test results, blood pressure, glucose, medications, supplements, peptide protocols, body composition, genetic data, microbiome and food-sensitivity data — and provides optional AI-powered information about that data.
It does not replace your doctor. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of anything shown in the platform. In an emergency, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number.
The platform may let you connect to a healthcare organisation (a “clinic”), but Zaynix Health does not itself provide healthcare services.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or over to open an account independently.
- Some features (including peptide-protocol features) require you to confirm you are 18 or over.
- The platform is for adults: you must be 18 or over to hold an account. We do not offer accounts to anyone under 18, with or without parental consent.
- The platform is not for children under 13.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms from the country you are using the service in.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for the accuracy of your account information, and for all activity under your account.
- You authenticate via Auth0 (email/password or supported social login). One account per person.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable Use
You may upload only your own health data, or data you have lawful authority over (e.g. a dependent child).
You must not:
- Upload data belonging to third parties without their consent or your lawful authority.
- Upload unlawful content or attempt to circumvent security controls.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download data from the platform.
- Use AI features to impersonate a medical professional or to produce content presented as clinical advice.
- Resell or commercially exploit the platform or its output.
- Rely on AI-generated output as a substitute for professional medical advice.
6. Your Data — You Own It
You own your health data. We process it only to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You can export all your data at any time (right of access / portability) and request erasure at any time, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. audit and tax records).
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the service (including AI analysis where you consent).
- We will never sell your data and will not share it with advertisers.
- Your data is hosted in the EEA (Germany). The Privacy Policy (Section 7) names the hosting provider and the transfer basis.
- We may use aggregated, anonymised data (that cannot be re-identified to any individual) for service improvement and research. Any future identifiable-data research will be strictly opt-in, per study, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. AI Features and Output Accuracy
The platform uses AI (Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini on certain document types) to extract data from documents and to provide informational summaries, trend information, medication information, and interaction information. Optional voice entry uses Deepgram for transcription.
AI interpretation features are optional. You can use the platform fully without them, and you can grant or withdraw AI consent at any time in Privacy & Data. We do not make solely-automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects. See our How We Use AI page for full details.
8. Data Parsing and Your Responsibility to Review
The platform uses automated parsing (including AI) to extract structured data from your documents. Parsing may produce errors, omissions, or misinterpretations, and we do not guarantee its accuracy.
- Nothing extracted from a document is added to your health record until you review and confirm it. You are shown exactly what was extracted and must accept it via the Import Review step.
- You are responsible for reviewing extracted data against your original documents before confirming it. Once you confirm it, you accept responsibility for its accuracy in your record.
- If you spot a parsing error, please report it via our contact page.
9. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Tiers. Zaynix Health offers the following tiers:
| Tier | Price | Summary |
|---|---|---|
| Free | £0 | Limited monthly uploads and AI calls |
| Pro | £14.99/month or £129/year | Unlimited uploads and AI, all features |
| Family | £24.99/month | Pro features plus family management |
| Clinic | Paid by the organisation | Managed by your clinic under a separate agreement |
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your card number.
Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. We will remind you in line with applicable UK rules on subscription contracts and provide a clear way to cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
14-day cancellation right (cooling-off): As a consumer buying digital content and services online, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Important: if you ask us to begin providing the digital service within the 14 days and acknowledge that you will lose the cancellation right once performance begins, the statutory right may end early. Where the right still applies, contact us to request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase. You may cancel before it takes effect.
Trials: If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand; we will make the terms and conversion clear before you start.
Consumer rights preserved: Nothing in this section removes your non-excludable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any breach of the statutory rights conferred by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be excluded or limited; or (d) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the paragraph above, and because the platform is an informational record-keeping tool and not a medical device:
- We are not liable for clinical decisions or actions you or anyone else takes based on information shown in the platform or produced by its AI features.
- We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content or automatically parsed data that you have had the opportunity to review and confirm.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data where you have not maintained your own copies (you can export at any time).
Subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Medical Disclaimer
- All AI-generated content (biomarker summaries, trend analyses, drug information) is for informational purposes only and should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
- The platform does not replace consultations with doctors, pharmacists, or other licensed clinicians.
- You should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this platform.
- Reference ranges shown are general population ranges and may not apply to every individual.
- In a medical emergency, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency services immediately.
13. Intellectual Property
- We own all intellectual property in the platform (software, design, branding, AI prompts). The “Zaynix Health” name, logo, and “Own your health data” tagline are trademarks of Zaynix Limited.
- You retain ownership of your uploaded data and documents.
- AI-generated summaries are provided to you under a non-exclusive, personal-use licence.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time via Privacy & Data.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, or where required by law, giving notice where reasonably practicable.
On termination you have 30 days to export your data, after which your clinical data is deleted; audit and tax records are retained/pseudonymised as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may close your account.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (this does not deprive you of mandatory protections available where you live).
Please contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) about data protection matters.
